•Fatigued Driving - FMCSR Parts 392 and 395 are the regulatory references for the poster. Focuses on hours-of-service violations and their contribution to driver fatigue.

•Driver Fitness - FMCSR Parts 383 and 391 are the regulatory references for this poster. Includes information on operation of a CMV by drivers who are unfit to operate a CMV due to lack of training, experience, or medical qualification.

•Controlled Substance Alcohol - FMCSR Part 392 is the regulatory reference for this poster. Addresses operating a CMV while impaired due to alcohol, illegal drugs, and misuse of prescription or over-the-counter medications.
