- All shipping charges added in the shopping cart are based on UPS Worldship rates and include a $5.00 handling fee. In some cases, WTB may ship some or all of your order from a location other than our warehouse in Portland, Oregon.

- Returns & Replacements
- Non-dated, non-custom products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the merchandise or for a credit or exchange. Dated publications may be returned within 15 days. Custom products (i.e., imprinted with your information) will not be accepted for return. The customer must pay all shipping and handling, unless the return/exchange is a result of a Willamette Traffic Bureau error. Please call our office at 800-727-7293 for a return authorization. .

- Customers may order on-line using the Willamette Traffic Bureau shopping cart or they may call 1-800-727-7293 between the hours of 8 am and 4 pm Pacific time, Monday through Friday. WTB is closed on the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanskgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

- New customers may pay using Visa or Mastercard credit cards. All credit cards are authorized through Authorize.Net. A "Bill Me" option is available to established customers during checkout and is subject to credit approval.. .
- Viewing Orders
- Customers must sign into the WTB Traffic web site to view past and current orders.
- Updating Account Information
- If for any reason, a customer feels the account information, such as the address, telephone number, email address or any other information, is not correct, you may revise that information on the website.
