Policy:
Non-dated, non-custom products may be returned within 30 days
for a full refund of the merchandise or for a credit or exchange.
Dated publications may be returned within 15 days. Custom products
(i.e., imprinted with your information) will not be accepted for
return. The customer must pay all shipping and handling, unless
the return/exchange is a result of a Willamette Traffic Bureau
error. Please call our office at 800-727-7293 for a return authorization.

Willamette Traffic Bureau, LLC collects information online, such
as name, address, email, phone and credit card information, in
order to fulfill your order. This information will be used by
our staff to process your order, as well as communicate with you
in the future about products and services we think your business
will find useful. You have the option of removing yourself from
