Shipping & Delivery
All shipping charges added in the shopping cart are based on UPS rates and include a handling fee. In some cases, WTB may ship some or all of your order from a location other than our warehouse in Portland, Oregon.
Returns
Non-dated, non-custom products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the merchandise or for a credit. Dated publications may be returned within 15 days for a full refund of the merchandise or for a credit. Custom products (i.e., imprinted with your information) will not be accepted for return. The customer must pay all shipping and handling, unless the return is a result of a Willamette Traffic Bureau error. Please call our office at 800-727-7293 for a return authorization.
Ordering
Customers can order on-line using the Willamette Traffic Bureau shopping cart or they can call 800-727-7293 between the hours of 8 am and 4 pm Pacific time, Monday through Friday. Your receipt will have our business name of Willamette Traffic Bureau. We are closed on the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and December 31.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Customers may pay using Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit cards. All credit cards are authorized through Authorize.Net. A "Bill Me" option is available to established customers during checkout and is subject to credit approval.
Viewing Orders
Customers must sign into the Willamette Traffic Bureau web site to view past and current orders.
Updating Account Information
If for any reason, a customer feels the account information, such as the address, telephone number, email address or any other information, is not correct, you may revise that information by logging into your account on our website.
